Unfortunately for me, I got bit by the cold that must be going around. I have had ZERO appetite for the majority of the week, and I have gotten a few hours of productivity at a time then needed a nap. Being sick and not being able to have OJ is really hard, so I have just be drinking water and tea for the most part. Sleeping has been the most integral for me, so I am getting well over 8 hours. Workouts are near impossible, as evidenced tonight - because I am so congested, I can barely breathe. I did half the WOD tonight and even that was tough.
